Filthy Canadians
Yesterday I had a go at the unwashed Irish (well, just SID really) but today I’m eating my words as it turns out that we Canucks are just as filthy.
A survey on hygiene practices reveals that many Canadians admit they may not wash their hands properly after sneezing or coughing or before eating or handling food.
And nine per cent confessed they sometimes fail to wash up after going to the toilet.

and 23% of them don't bother going to the toilet. Choosing instead to just piss and shit where they sit.
ReplyDeleteDirty fucking mongs.
Piggy: Isn’t that what Depends are for?
ReplyDeleteI KNEW IT!!
ReplyDeleteDirty Canuck bastards.
*still planning revenge*
SID: Suddenly it smells in here.
ReplyDelete*looks around to see if SID has entered the room*
In Cardiff most men wash their hands after a piss. Here in Pontyhotpant almost none of them do.
ReplyDeleteTickers: *considers doing a "Filthy Welsh" posting*
ReplyDeleteEEEEWWWWwwww don't wash before handling food. I hope it isn't a new condiment category.
ReplyDeleteWe'll have to sort out this language thing.
ReplyDeleteTo wash up over here just means to do the washing up (crockery, saucepans and cutlery). So if we were to wash up directly after having a shit...
Ginny: Eeewww indeed.
ReplyDeleteGeoff: I'd completely forgotten you have a different meaning. This also reminds me that I've been planning to post about our language differences and quirks.
*makes reminder note to self*
I particularly like to cook after having a big shit (and not washing my hands) it adds flavour.
ReplyDeletePissoff: You filthy filthy Canuck.
ReplyDelete*between the lack of handwashing and the nits, MJ makes note not to visit April's house*
Wow, I'm SO glad you included that last bit about filthy hands preparing food, because tomorrow I have to go to a big foodie church gathering with lots of home-cooked *gulp* germs. Goody. *sigh*
