Tammi Terrell: 1945-1970. Marvin Gaye: 1939-1984. The music lives on.

    omg - looked her up on wikipedia - she died at the age of 25 of a brain tumor that may have been caused by a boyfriend who beat the shit out of her on a regular basis. Sad.

    I guess the song didn't say "no wind, no rain, or baseball bat"
