It's windy and cloudy with patches of sunshine here. But there's no rain like every Spring Break. And it's warm, so it's much nicer and warmer than up there. But this usually means it's going to be another hellish six months of humid, scorching summer.
All that snow, I'd be building igloos and opening up an ice bar! Stay warm and safe!
hell no it isn't. We just had a Nor'easter last Tuesday. It's still been cold. Today we did have some warmth and melt. And My boys returned to their natural state.
It's become decidedly more Autumnal here in Oz... Cooler nights but still in the low 30's during the day... I hope your Spring springs into action soon so you can get about without halving to perform an archeological dig every time you leave the house darling...
After a very mild winter here winter decided to show up last Tuesday dropping snow, sleet and freezing rain. All the spring flowering plants had budded up or were out. They suffered winters return. I'm not looking forward to summer.
Today, 20th of March, at 11:29 MEZ / CET spring starts officially when the sun is over the equator in 90°, so that nearly all over the world we have 12 hours daylight & 12 hours night. We have no chance to actually see the sun around here, but it is definitely not winter anymore.
