I'm worried about the newspaper headlines - what is the world coming to? Jx
ReplyDeletePS first!
DeleteJON: David Cameron would still be in office if he’d done something about the custard shortage.
DeleteNo amount of crème anglaise would have saved that man! Jx
Delete"Custard shortage" sounds like a euphemism for some both unspeakable and uncomfortable.
DeleteMUSCATO: The Infomaniac Medical Clinic has seen an increase in custard shortages lately.
Deletenothing says "eating healthy" more than smothering your apple and black currant crumble in custard powder...
DeleteAll that healthy hydrogenated vegetable oil.
DeleteVis–à–vis the T---- thing, I am reading this to my nephew.
ReplyDeleteLX: It is never too early to teach hygiene.
DeleteI fancy a hot chocolate.
ReplyDeleteMITZI: Hot Chocolate?
DeleteHere you go. (turn on your speakers.)
There is just one thing that I'd like to say: You know Don Ho, well he's a real good lais.
ReplyDeleteWALLY: We haven’t seen you around these parts in months!
DeleteHave you been listening to your Don Ho collection all this time?
Yes! That, and I have been heavily medicated & just didn't want to share my pills.
DeleteIt’s mostly Peenee you have to look out for.
Deletesometimes one has nothing to say, it has even happened to kabuki once (or twice)
ReplyDeletekabuki zero: Thank goodness you’ve returned! It’s been TWO years since you’ve commented! I found your comment in my junk folder and have fished you out of there.
DeleteIn fact, I was looking at a photo of you yesterday and pining for you. I hope you are well.
p.s. I think this comment may have been meant for the previous post but it's ended up here. I'm so glad to hear from you, in any case.
Funny, he's always hooring around fb, I guess he doesn't like the competition...
DeleteTHIS is why I should be on Facebook. But you know I won’t go there.
DeleteTalk about doubling my pleasure! Wally and Kabuki Zero both in the one post...
ReplyDelete*tips over jar of pearl seed beads in excitement* Oh Bugger...
Kabuki & I are used to causing many to spill their pearl seed.
DeleteOh, and you look fabulous my dear.
Delete*slips on spilled seed*
DeleteI’m reporting this to Health & Safety.
Oops, missed a day.... I have been languishing in bed and admiring my new decor.
ReplyDeleteSx
New bedroom decor?
DeleteWe need more details, Miss Scarlet.
I ripped the grotty carpet up; had the floor boards sanded and white washed. I recline in bed feeling as though I am a Sunday supplement feature.
DeleteI am not a fan of carpet.
Sx
MISS SCARLET: Carpets are hotbeds of contaminants.
Deletesorry darlings, i've got out-of-town company.
ReplyDeleteNORMA: Everyone wants a piece of our Norma, it seems.
DeleteAnd who can blame them?
