Remote Control Overload

Back in Mr. Peenee's day, your television set had two knobs: one knob to turn the TV off and on, and to adjust the volume; the other knob to change channels.

What happened? Why do we have so many remote controls? And why can't you ever find one when you need it?

Above: Norma looks confused.

Below: Cookie thinks she has the answer...

How many remote control devices do you have, Bitches?

  7. At least six! Including the the wii that controls netflix and hulu. Also my phone pulls double duty. Nowadays you can't even change the channel on the TV itself without a pair of magnifying glasses.

    2. so you think my zenith chromacolor only gets the three networks? i get everything the pirate has!

what i hate is when you linger on QVC for a moment & push a button to change the channel & POW! instead of my favorite episode of "little house on the prairie" i end up buying a joan rivers' blouse!

    3. NORMA: We know you also purchased Joan Rivers’ “Great Hair Day Fill-in Powder.”
