The winner gets to wear the “Miss Cocks in Frocks” tiara for a year AND receives a prize.

You may also select a “Miss Congeniality” if you wish but in return she will get nothing but your admiration.

Voting takes place Tuesday and Wednesday.

We’ll announce the winner on Thursday, May 6th.
