Do you ever have trouble deciding?
A reminder that on Sunday, May 1st, we invite you Bitches to discuss the books you've been reading during the months of March and April for the 2016 Infomaniac Book Challenge.
The Mistress will post her own personal book list a few days before that.

Yikes! I'm not really prepared yet, so thanks for the reminder.
ReplyDeleteOh dear....
ReplyDelete*looks fervently for hidding place*
What a terribly slobbery screen !
ReplyDeleteWhat did you watch ?
Well I have read one book. To tell the truth, I've been watching more telly of late. My PBS is full right now with DocMartin, Miss Fishers Murder Mysteries, Call the Midwife, Grantchester. And now they gone added reruns of The Vicar of Dibly with Dawn French. Haven't seen them in years. Forgotten how funny that was
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy both. For a quick half hour or hour of entertainment, I'll watch tv for a good laugh--sitcoms, toons; learn something new--travel & home repair/buying shows, nature shows & cooking shows, documentaries; pure escape & thrills--supernatural/scifi disasters/apocalyptic & character & plot driven shows.
ReplyDeleteBut I do enjoy getting lost in a good book on my days off or those nights I can't sleep, or when the weather keeps me indoors. Though lately, I've been hooked on online story sites--saves me the trouble of going to the library or even getting out of bed or off the sofa or even the need to put on pants & venture out into public.
like chauncey gardner, i like to watch.
ReplyDeleteI'm quite happy with BBC Radio, ta. Jx
ReplyDeleteSorry, I'm in purple, mourning.
ReplyDeleteBugger....

Blame it on me, dearest MsScarlet : I'm ready to be your beast of burbon ...
DeleteOr The Mistress' stash in the bird box!
ReplyDeleteWhy do you keep parrots in a tin on your telly?
ReplyDeleteIs that a reflection of you in the Telly nekkid on the chaise lounge?
... i'm struggling to read street signs correctly let alone books... You wouldn't believe the number of srange laneways and dirt tracks I've suddenly found myself encountering...
Maybe the birdies help with the concept of receiving ?
ReplyDeleteThe television's upstairs, the best place to read is downstairs, so it depends where I am.
ReplyDeleteThe last time I saw a telly like that was in Trades Guesthouse, Blackpool circa 2002, there was no reading or watching TV to be had there with the constant stream of male visitors rattling the door handles til the early hours of the morning. 'Just one more... just one more' My maid of all work Carmen kept pleading, sounding more and more like a demented parrot.
ReplyDeleteMy eyes being as bad as they are, we'll know more tomorrow, maybe, reading is very difficult.
