Mistress MJ has a day off to celebrate Colonel By Day in which we take part in heritage lace making, rug braiding, and attend musketry demonstrations.

Oh who am I kidding? It’s another excuse to get liquored up!

    In my part of Ontario, we just call today the Civic Holiday. In Toronto, it is called Simcoe Day. I guess no one special founded this area!
